Great concepts and videos. Too many businesses (and people) lurch from crisis to crisis without evaluating how critical the so-called crisis is. Many managers are predisposed to immediate action whenever an unusual or untoward circumstance arises; and they fail to assess the cost of deviating from the ongoing strategy, plans and operations.
