  1. When I first heard of the 6 D’s, I thought that one of them would be “Digitize It.” Given the lost of scanning today, it’s not too hard to imagine that paper filing will become a thing of the past, and that passing paper along to someone else will be changed to passing a file along.

    I consider this to be a more advanced (i.e. Green Belt) skill in what I call “Storing”… a fundamental action in time management.
