    These are all great ideas. One woman I know would have her children set the table for dinner while she put dinner in the crock pot or on timed bake in the oven. There was a light timer set for the short fall/winter days as well as setting the thermostat to keep the house not freezing when they came home. She called this “coming home to yourself”. I tried this once and it worked great!
